The lab is how we build our own products, and how we work with founders and companies who have an idea and a market. Two days of customer research, two weeks to a working version, then real customers decide whether it continues. You get a product, a plan, and a clear answer.

How long does a project take?
A first working version of most systems takes two to four weeks. Larger projects are split into versions, each with its own scope and date.
Who owns the code?
The client does. Everything we build lives in the client's repository and cloud account from the first commit, with no dependency on us.
What does it cost?
Assessments are fixed price. Builds are priced per version. Ongoing work is billed monthly. You get a number in the first conversation.
